Booking Policy After 5:30 PM:
Appointments after 5:30 PM are booked in order of available time slots. If both the 5:30 PM and
6:00 PM slots are open, we will prioritize booking the earlier time (5:30 PM)

Appointment Policies & Fees
At our discretion, the following fees may apply:
After-Hours Emergency Appointments
– $100 fee applies for appointments scheduled
outside regular office hours, including Wednesdays, Saturdays, Sundays, and
holidays when we are closed.
No-Show Fee
$75 fee may be applied for missed appointments.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to
avoid a no-show fee.
